About Valkyre Clothing

Valkyre Clothing is a new and fresh e-commerce streetwear brand that specializes in hand-painted denim jackets and modern edgy printed tees. We are based in Versova, Mumbai. We manufacture our own denim jackets and adhere to the highest market grades. Our T-shirts are 100% cotton with DTG printing. We are currently a team of 4 including a young model with video editing skills, a business development executive, an admin person, and the director of the company.

About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Handle online sales via Instagram and WhatsApp (DMs and other queries)
2. Make sure tracking details (of the shipment) are being sent to the relevant customers
3. Write original content creation such as posts and regular stories and provide data analysis
4. Work on influencer marketing and corresponding emails and follow-ups
5. Take follow up on orders (feedback) and other sales-related queries
6. Send out broadcasts to our customer base and shoot out mass emails via softwares (such as MailChimp) and increase in business growth
7. Increase our overseas footprint
8. Handle other website-related work such as price changes and marking an item as sold out etc - our website is on WordPress

Who can apply

1. The candidate should be well versed in streetwear and hip hop and must know the basics of e-commerce

2. Experience in running an Instagram page will help

3. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms

4. Proficiency in many social media platforms

5. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

6. Must be fluent in English and must be able to handle pressure and provide prompt replies to queries

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
