The selected Employee's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manages the company's and their client's social media accounts and posts content

2. Brainstorm campaign ideas

3. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

4. Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns

5. Engage with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales

6. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
