Overview: Be Awara is a rapidly growing kidswear brand that's dedicated to producing trendy, fashionable, and fun clothing for kids. We are currently looking for a creative and dynamic social media manager to join our team. As a social media manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives
2. Manage all social media accounts for the brand (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn), ensuring that they are up-to-date, engaging, and reflective of the brand's voice
3. Create and curate compelling content (text, image, and video) that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement, brand loyalty, and conversions
4. Monitor social media analytics and track KPIs to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary
5. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand's reach and credibility
6. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and collaborations with other brands
7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes and adjust social media strategies as necessary
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
Strong project management and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of graphic design, photography, and video editing tools is a plus
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
