Junior Social Media Marketing Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

A. Social Media Management

1. Platform Management:
- Manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, promotions, and business objectives.
- Ensure all content is brand-compliant, engaging, and optimized for each platform.

2. Content Creation & Publishing:
- Collaborate with the Creative Content Designer to produce visual content, including graphics, videos, and reels.
- Write captivating captions, use relevant hashtags, and schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Create stories, live videos, and interactive posts to boost engagement.

3. Community Management & Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and brand mentions.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with the online community, participate in relevant discussions, and foster positive brand interactions.

B. Social Media Strategy & Performance Analysis

1. Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Implement social media campaigns, including paid promotions, retargeting ads, and influencer collaborations.
- Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Identify high-performing content, replicate successful strategies, and adjust low-performing content.

2. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights on engagement rates, follower growth, and lead generation.
- Share recommendations with Vaishnavi to refine social media strategies and improve ROI.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
