Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining and improving web-based applications and websites
2. Using HTML/CSS/JS and React.js to develop user-friendly UIs
3. Optimizing applications for speed, security, and scalability
4. Collaborating with other developers and designers to improve the usability
5. Ensuring high-quality work and consistency across the applications
6. Staying up-to-date on emerging web technologies
7. Learning and contributing to software development lifecycle tasks such as deployment, gitops, DevOps, etc

Skills & Requirements:

1. Candidates with a strong will to learn while undertaking challenging tasks are most welcome
2. Prior experience with web-based technologies such as HTML/CSS/JS is a must
3. Working experience with libraries such as Next.js, and Tailwind will be a plus and is strongly preferred here

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 15 days

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 60%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 30%
