Key responsibilities:
1. Write test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures to adequately test products throughout the software development life cycle that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability
2. Test, validate, and document issues with data integrity, presentation, and visualization
3. Collaborate with both development and product teams to build test plans and defect verification
4. Work with other QA engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of all apps by process of continuous improvement
5. Facilitate ongoing process improvement to ensure test strategies, execution, and reporting methods are effective, efficient, and standardized
6. Research emerging tools and methodologies to reduce manual testing effort
7. Isolate areas for advanced test management

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities
2. Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or software engineering or related field
3. Strong academic excellence in undergraduate or graduate studies
4. Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering
5. Good problem-solving skills, enthusiasm for taking ownership of features, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work closely and communicate effectively with development and other teams
6. Learn continuously as you work on the latest technologies alongside experienced professionals in the field
7. Experience with automation tools like Selenium is a plus
8. Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
9. Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
10. Ability to work effectively within a changing environment that is going through high growth
11. Exceptional follow-through, personal drive, and ability to understand direction and feedback
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 18,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
