Junior Software Tester Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare tests for ensuring the quality of the development, both manual and automated testing
2. Perform the tests and ensure the tests are run/performed
3. Ensure proper documentation of the tests and their results
4. Clearly describe bugs found (so developers can quickly fix them)
5. Support product owners/clients in describing testing requirements, UAT design, and UAT performance
6. Help with documenting the systems and/or documenting user requirements
7. Keep an eye on recent development in agile testing

1. UG qualification - BCA (any specialization), B.Sc (computers), BTech/B.E. (computers, electronics/telecommunication)
2. PG qualification - MCA
3. Can get things done with minimum friction
4. Super proactive, attention to detail
5. Ability to quickly resolve unexpected challenges and collaborate with developers and product owner
6. Willingness to cooperate with members of the agile team on finalizing each increment with minimum friction willingness to learn and help with activities other than testing
