About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attending on-the-job training to understand the company s ERP platforms and its features
2. Providing functional support to customers using our ERP platform
3. Interacting with the clients over E-mails, CRM, or one-to-one for query resolution
4. Communicating and training clients as and when needed
5. Generating and analyzing reports
6. Identifying enhancement or functional improvement in the platform

Skill(s) required

Client Relationship English Proficiency (Spoken) Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) MS-Office

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Working experience with schools/colleges will be an added advantage for a higher salary

Working experience in a school management system/ ERP will be an added advantage.

Preferably commerce graduates

Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is needed

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 1 month

Salary during probation: ₹16,500 - 18,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
