Junior Talent Acquisition Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interacting with HR heads, stakeholders, founders, and hiring managers on a daily basis
2. Driving the revenue for the company by driving closer to open roles at the client's end
3. Screening the candidates on the first level by calling and understanding their fitment as per the requirements of the role
4. Understanding the roles, business model, and candidates' profiles efficiently
5. Working in stakeholder management & client success management
