About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Hire for tech profiles, including frontend and backend roles (Node JS, Angular, React, Java), IT project managers, manual testers, and PHP & Android developers
2. Work on the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
3. Engage with key talent partners and universities to attract the best talent
4. Identify, engage, and close recruitments within the stipulated time frame
5. Work on forecasting, sourcing, screening, managing interview process in coordination with all stakeholders, verifying testimonials, salary negotiation and post-selection joining formalities
7. Work on identifying staffing needs and determining selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of the staff
8. Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Hirist, Hirect, and other professional networks
9. Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
10. Identify and refine the most suitable talent from available candidates
11. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
12. Assess candidates' information, including CVs, portfolios, and references
13. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
14. Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
