1. Developing a thorough understanding of job roles given by our clients, by researching various online and offline sources
2. Identifying the right candidate with the right skills to match the requirements of the client
3. Sourcing/Screening, short-listing profiles, tracking candidates, and follow-ups
4. Processing CVs, updating/maintaining internal database from the internal database, from various portals, and through references
5. Identifying potential candidates through various sources like LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and headhunting to fill the vacant positions
6. Doing mass emails by putting the right set of keywords, and job posting on portals
7. Getting references from candidates
8. Keeping data updated on ATS, and online trackers as per the guidelines for future references & records
9. Evaluating the skills and competencies of the candidate including communication, interpersonal skills, confidence level, presentation, and ability to make the right decision
10. Guiding candidates regarding assessment tests (for specific clients) & throughout interview rounds
11. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
