About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Support other recruitment initiatives
2. Support the TA team in driving social media hiring campaigns
3. Assist recruiters/TA team on the job posting, sourcing, screening etc
4. Support the TA team on data consolidation and analysis
5. Support recruiters/TA with innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent
6. Work on co-managing job requisitions (help with screening applicants for qualifications)
7. Oversee and prepare the monthly new hire
8. Refine employment branding messages and materials for campus recruiting
9. Partner with vendors and internal teams on the creation of collateral
10. Develop a university-focused social media strategy to develop our employment brand via social networking


1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build relationships
3. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
4. A passion for talent acquisition and a desire to learn and grow in the field
5. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month
