2. Working on candidate sourcing & management
3. Working on data management
4. Submitting high-quality resumes
5. Scheduling & following up for the interviews
6. Handholding the candidate till joining
7. Working on revenue generation
8. Generating referrals from the candidate
9. Training juniors and the new joiners
10. Acquiring skills and honing the skills to rise up the ladder internally
