About the job
Focusing on the essential task of identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in talent acquisition and recruitment. Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing, initial screenings, interview coordination, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the creation of job postings and descriptions
2. Sourcing potential candidates through online job boards, social media, and professional networks
3. Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
4. Coordinating interviews and assessments, including scheduling and follow-up
5. Communicating with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary documents
6. Maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
7. Assisting in the preparation of job offers and managing candidate communication
8. Collaborating with team members to improve recruitment processes and strategies

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
4. Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Note:

This is an in-office job for candidates in Mumbai (Ghatkopar-W)
Working days - Monday to Saturday (Saturday's half day)
