About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Sourcing of candidates from various portals, social media channels, and reference generation
2. Speaking and screening candidates based on the job descriptions
3. Shortlisting the candidates and sharing them with TL/senior recruiter
4. Working on reference generation through WhatsApp app groups
5. Preparing master tracker and making daily MIS
Requirements:
1. Good English communication skills (7/10)
2. Common sense and should have general awareness about the business/corporate world
3. Ability to speak on phone and make an extensive number of calls (100 daily/3-4 hour talk time) - the assignment will be given to test the calling skills
4. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, social media, Excel, and Word
5. Positive attitude, hardworking, perseverance, persistence, follow up, never giving-up approach
