Experience: 3-4 years
Location: Andheri West (Azad Nagar Metro Station)

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source potential candidates.
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
3. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
4. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
7. Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and competencies.
8. Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments as needed.
9. Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
10. Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
11. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the resources and information needed for a successful start.
12. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate recruiting solutions.
13. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
14. Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency.
15. Continuously improve recruitment processes based on feedback and metrics.

Qualifications and skills:

1. 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
2. Proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels.
3. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
