We draw upon our far-reaching network to help us create aesthetic and unique designs. With a team that has over 5.5 years of experience, we were able to accomplish 150 projects, in just 5.5 years. Our biggest project to date is Lavanya Studio, one of India's biggest tiles and sanitary ware retail showrooms.

SR INTERIOR DESIGNS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced and talented junior telecaller with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

This is a great opportunity for you to become part of a successful team in a fast-growing industry. You'll be expected to work with teams from multiple departments and develop relationships with both existing and potential customers.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the services and benefits of the company
2. Identify customer needs and provide a positive customer experience
3. Liaise with customers in an effective, professional, and friendly manner
4. Follow up on customer queries and provide solutions
5. Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
6. Monitor customer trends and provide feedback to the team
7. Develop strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction

Salary

Salary during probation: 13,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
