1. Manage and convert leads for versatile upGrad programs which are in collaboration with renowned universities/institutes such as IIITB, NIMMS, IMT Ghaziabad, Deakin Business School, IITM Liverpool Business School, MICA
2. Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media
3. Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
4. Work on details pertaining to lead discussions and conversion - should be updated in real-time on CRM (Salesforce) software
5. Work on adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management
6. Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as the number of enrolments
7. Handle objections and price negotiation to generate sales revenue
8. Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded
