Junior Telecaller Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
2. Following up with leads via email and phone to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with clients in MS-Excel
4. Assisting with email marketing campaigns by drafting compelling email content and managing email lists
5. Conducting market research to identify new leads and opportunities for business growth
6. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and brand awareness
7. Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
