Junior Training And Placements Coordinator Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor the progress of the students and provide feedback to the placement cell
2. Work on student coordination via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
3. Assist students with resume building and interview preparation
4. Work on internal coordination for the placement process with students
5. Work on the placement drive by contacting the jury, on the day of coordination
6. Track the placement journey for the students
7. Set up an alumni network

Who can apply:

1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency)
2. Should be well versed with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
3. A basic understanding of digital marketing
4. Graduate or undergraduate qualification from a recognized university
5. Well-versed in interpersonal as well as laptop skills
