Skills & Requirements:
1. Computer knowledge
2. At least 0 months to 1 year experience in handling tour inquiries
3. Knowledge of hills travel destinations of Sikkim, Darjeeling, and Gangtok
4. Proficient in the basics of the tourism industry - Group/FIT, accommodation/transport/flight booking
5. Extremely good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Nepali language
6. Aware and self-learned in historical importance/heritage/culture/geography/tour routes of destinations
7. Good typing speed and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products - Word/Excel, internet
8. Good in calculation, costing/estimation, and attention to accuracy
9. Have basic common sense and presence of mind to handle day-to-day work
10. Good persuasive skill and negotiation skills
