Required:
1. At least 6 months - 3-years' experience in handling tour inquiries
2. Knowledge of hills, and other travel destinations of Sikkim, Darjeeling, and Gangtok
3. Proficient in the basics of the tourism industry - group/FIT
4. Accommodation/transport/flight booking knowledge
5. Extremely good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Nepali language
6. Aware and self-learned in historical importance/heritage/culture/geography/tour routes of destinations
7. Good typing speed and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products -Word/Excel, internet
8. Good in calculation, costing/estimation, and attention to accuracy
9. Have basic common sense and presence of mind to handle day-to-day work
10. Good persuasive skill and negotiation skills
11. Self-driven and self-motivated to research destinations, new tour packages, competitor analysis, and market trends
12. Have a passion for sales and customer service
13. Basic knowledge of computers
