About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working cohesively with a team of talented and passionate colleagues
2. Managing key banks/financial institutions relationships and maintaining the highest level of productivity
3. Handling offline sales team (size: 5-6 people) and ensuring organizational targets are being met on a daily basis
4. Working on MIS and tracking the performance of the team based on the expectations set by higher management
5. Creating daily reports and doing bank visits
6. Communicating with the support teams and implementing the guidelines with a focus on process adherence
7. Ensuring people synergy and effective communication across teams
8. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
9. Documenting and regular reporting of the key important parameters
10. Designing and coordinating the training program for the employees to improve work efficiency and quality of deliverables
11. Maintaining weekly scheduling as per the payroll policies
12. Driving sales objectives and continually meeting and exceeding targets
13. Maintaining proper TAT and regular follow-ups with clients and customers

Requirements:

1. Passionate and enthusiastic to learn about the home loan industry
2. Good knowledge of Excel
3. Only MBA candidates

Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹32,000 - 33,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,70,000 - 5,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 68%

2. Variable component: 32%
