Key responsibilities:

1. Identify partnership opportunities
2. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow the business and help the company expand
3. Maintain existing business
4. Think critically when planning to assure project success
5. Drive sales targets of the organization
6. Work on the development of communication and marketing plan and material
7. Participate in national & international trade fairs and client meetings across India for business development
8. Work on analyzing the competition and adapting strategies and tactics in the marketplace
9. Travel nationally and globally

Other requirements

Candidates with postgraduates/master's degree in business management/marketing will be preferred

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 240000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60000 /year
