We are looking for a legal associate with corporate legal experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring legal compliance, managing contracts, and handling corporate legal matters. You'll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to safeguard the company's interests and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
2. Ensure compliance with corporate laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
3. Advise on intellectual property rights, contract law, and corporate governance matters.
4. Handle legal due diligence, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
5. Assist in managing legal disputes, litigation, and negotiations with external counsel.
6. Develop and refine company policies, terms & conditions, and compliance frameworks.
7. Stay updated with evolving legal and regulatory trends affecting the pet industry and corporate sector.
8. Maintain accurate legal documentation and provide timely legal counsel to internal teams.
