We are seeking a legal and regulatory lawyer to join our team. As a legal and regulatory lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance to the company on all legal and regulatory matters. You will work closely with the management team to identify legal and regulatory risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Key responsibilities:
1. Providing legal advice and guidance on all legal and regulatory matters
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
3. Conducting legal research and analysis on complex legal and regulatory issues
4. Advising on compliance matters, including data protection and privacy regulations, anti-bribery and corruption laws, and other relevant regulations
5. Developing and implementing legal and regulatory policies and procedures
6. Liaising with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
7. Representing the company in legal proceedings
8. Providing legal training to internal stakeholders
Skills & Requirements:
1. Law degree LLB or LLM from a reputable institution
2. Strong knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks and requirements
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Annual CTC: 2.2 - 2.8 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 5%
