About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Generate new leads using email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels
2. Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities
3. Execute a lead generation plan that generates leads for the sales team via various online marketing channels
4. Assist with lead generation programs, including refinement of the lead database, telephoning companies to mine information, and general database building and maintenance
5. Create campaigns from initial concept through completion for each content area, generating targeted leads, managing campaigns, and running post-campaign measurement
6. Use all available resources (LinkedIn) to determine target title names and contact information from target companies
7. Help to maintain database integrity of CRM system, including database cleansing
8. Update systems to help determine marketing qualified leads
9. Work on internet research to assess sales opportunities
10. Identify leads through networking & communication
11. Work on lead generation through the internet
Skill(s) required
Digital Marketing Email Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office Social Media Marketing

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 2.4 LPA

2. Variable pay: 0.6 LPA
