About the job

We re looking for a result-driven sales representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Key responsibilities:

1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
2. Understand customer needs and requirements
3. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
4. Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
5. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
6. Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory
7. Work in coordination with the channel partners to build pipelines and close deals
8. Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements:

A degree in MBA (mandatory)
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Working experience up to 1 year

Note: The timings will be flexible depending upon the geo assigned.

Salary during probation: ₹27,000 - 33,000 /month

1. Fixed component: 92%

2. Variable component: 8%
