A. Basic Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products and applications
2. 1+ years of experience in LMS management, learning co-ordination, and reporting
3. Experience in developing content and managing training sessions
4. Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to a wide spectrum of stakeholders
5. Ability to be a self-driven coordinator
6. Experience working in sales training or large volume capability building
7. Knowledge of training delivery, training coordination, LMS management, basic data management, and reporting
8. Ability to work autonomously and independently while managing multiple programs and deliverables with keen diligence on operations
9. Strong organizational skills
10. High bias for action
11. Knowledge and training in standard work and tools used for capability development
B. Preferred Qualifications:
1. Effective email writing and communication skills
2. Dashboard creation and design skills on Excel
3. Data analysis skills
