About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) including implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
2. Perform data entry tasks including creating, entering, and updating training rosters
3. Validate report data, conduct data analysis, maintain/publish reports on user management, adoption, course completion, compliance, and training campaign progress at site, region, network, and organizational levels
4. Develop and update training content
5. Plan, schedule, and coordinate training program sessions, both virtually and face-to-face
6. Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate training processes and network changes
7. Adapt to evolving customer requirements and stay updated with technologies and tools best suited for delivering effective solutions
8. Keep abreast of best practices in other organizations to enhance the impact of the L&D function
9. Strengthen internal processes for communication (needs identification, driving nominations, internal facilitator management, and reporting dashboards/metrics)
10. Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements and drive the team to implement such projects

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

A. Basic Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products and applications 

2. 1+ years of experience in LMS management, learning co-ordination, and reporting

3. Experience in developing content and managing training sessions

4. Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to a wide spectrum of stakeholders

5. Ability to be a self-driven coordinator

6. Experience working in sales training or large volume capability building

7. Knowledge of training delivery, training coordination, LMS management, basic data management, and reporting

8. Ability to work autonomously and independently while managing multiple programs and deliverables with keen diligence on operations

9. Strong organizational skills

10. High bias for action

11. Knowledge and training in standard work and tools used for capability development

B. Preferred Qualifications:

1. Effective email writing and communication skills

2. Dashboard creation and design skills on Excel

3. Data analysis skills
