The L&D Specialist will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for L&D. The objective is to ensure that the L&D department's operations and people development aspects will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole. The role as an L&D Specialist will be far from one-dimensional; and will undertake a wide range of L&D and people-related activities. Key responsibilities:
1. Working with a focus on instructional design, building L&D content and consulting with experts to support employee development
2. Ensuring that the L&D department's operations and people development aspects are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole
3. Conducting surveys & quizzes, and demonstrating listening, to increase people's inclusivity and innovations to drive positive cultural shifts
4. Conducting research on the given topics, interviewing experts/leaders, and translating the acquired knowledge into impactful training materials, for utilization for knowledge sharing and training
5. Undertaking a wide range of L&D and people-related activities
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
MBA/MMS/PGDM/MA candidates in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology, with demonstrable tech savviness and an interest in the L&D function
Additional relevant certifications in organizational development, learning and development, instructional design, change management, etc., preferred (or be willing to learn and utilize)
Strong MS Office skills, along with business storytelling and graphical visualization abilities
Demonstrated customer centricity with the willingness to support both internal and external customers
The ability to maintain a high level of discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,25,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
