Learning & Development Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and execute learning strategies and programs
2. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
3. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
4. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training
5. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
6. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
7. Track budgets and negotiate contracts
8. Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
9. Design e-learning courses, career plans, workshops, and more
10. Maintain budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
