Key responsibilities:

1. Focussing on instructional design, building L&D content, and consulting with experts to support employee development
2. Ensuring that the L&D department's operations and people development aspects are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole
3. Undertaking a wide range of L&D and people-related activities

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

2. BBA/BMS candidates, with demonstrable tech-savviness or B.Sc in computer science (2022 graduates only)

5. Should be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for L&D

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 18,000 - 21,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
