Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver lectures and seminars on accounting and business studies topics to students
2. Evaluate and grade student assignments, projects, and exams
3. Provide individual and group feedback to students on their academic performance
4. Assist in the development and implementation of academic programs and initiatives
5. Participate in faculty meetings and committees to provide input on academic programs and other relevant matters
6. Provide academic and career counseling to students, as needed
7. Collaborate with colleagues and academic departments to improve teaching quality and academic programs
8. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress
