1. A master's degree in mass communication, journalism, or a related field

2. Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level is preferred

3. Strong knowledge and skills in mass media, journalism, and communication

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to effectively manage classroom activities and student behavior

6. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and academic departments

7. Strong organizational and time management skills

8. Proficiency in computer and technology applications relevant to teaching and research
