Key responsibilities:

1. Understand client financial issues and advise on how to resolve debt legally
2. Prepare a loan settlement plan based on the client's financial capacity and debt obligations
3. Provide debt counseling and anti-harassment guidance
4. Develop loan settlement business through client engagement
