About the job

Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Deliver excellent customer support via email/helpdesk, and live chat
2. Handle server monitoring & incident response
3. Deploy, automate, support, and troubleshoot services
4. Migrate applications (Magento & WordPress) from one cloud to another
5. Build, operate, and support AWS cloud environments
6. Write, update, and enhance documentation including playbooks
7. Provide periodic reports regarding maintenance and upgrade activities
