Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with logistics partners
2. Ensure timely delivery of shipments
3. Process RTO/reverse pickups
4. Coordinate with CS team for smooth and timely resolution of customer grievances related to logistics
5. Coordinate with the CX and resolve their logistic issues related to logistics like delays in delivery and reverse pickups etc.
