We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our toys e-commerce team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and track orders, ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.
2. Coordinate with courier partners (e.g., WeFast, Delhivery) to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
3. Maintain order sheets and track inventory levels.
4. Resolve logistics-related issues and improve delivery processes.
5. Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Basic knowledge of logistics and courier operations.
5. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
