Logistics Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Follow up with the sales team for the dispatch schedule
2. Arrange transportation from the factory to the final destination
3. Coordinate with the factory to send the material at the scheduled time
4. Coordinate with transporters to collect the material from the office
5. Arrange material to transporter hub with waybill on their vehicle number
6. Ensure original documents are sent along with materials
7. Obtain final shipping images from the transporters hub for confirmation purposes
8. Track materials until the material reaches the final destination
9. Coordinate with vendor for the arrangement of logistics
10. Follow up with the transporter to get the returned material in the proper condition
11. Work on final packing photos to be obtained from the party for the package with gel packs
12. Coordinate with the accounts department for sales returns, debit notes & e-way bills along with the return material
13. Coordinate with the packing team for pasting of the original COA & packing list on the drum
14. Handle inward/imports
15. Obtain flight schedule from exim team
