Management Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Shadowing the sales/operations manager in each and every function and process
2. Generating daily MIS
3. Managing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reporting
4. Coordinating with respective departmental people
5. Tracking and routing activities

Requirements:

1. Candidates who have completed graduation or are in the last semester of graduation may apply
2. Must have fluency in Hindi, English, and the mother tongue
3. Must know how to operate computers and emails
4. Must have an active profile on LinkedIn

Note: We are hiring fresh graduates who would like to make their career in the mobility industry, so for 12 months, we shall give them training in all aspects and all domains and functions. Post completion of training you shall be assigned to a particular department and do complete functional work.
