Key responsibilities:
1. Identifying new partners and executing long-term relationships
2. Building a strong pipeline with the partners to drive revenues
3. Ensuring high satisfaction across our partners and their customers
4. Planning & executing special projects by working closely with senior managers on strategy, planning, and execution of special growth-related projects
5. Working with the creative team to design the messaging content & creatives for channels like emails, push notifications, app and web properties
6. Analyzing the campaign impact through daily monitoring and optimizing of the campaigns (with a 'win an inch everyday' attitude)
7. Staying in touch with target users constantly to ensure the success of the projects (the medium could be Telegram groups, WhatsApp, events or meetings in person)
8. Working in coordination with multiple teams efficiently like design, partnerships, retention team, data team, etc.
9. Writing good marketing copies for different marketing channels like emails, app notifications, SMS, etc.
