Management Trainee - Sales & Marketing Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Qualify and prospect leads from assigned industry vertical
2. Be responsible for individual targets
3. Be responsible to convert identified prospects to customers
4. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team targets

Required:

1. MBA sales & marketing full-time candidates preferred (2020/21/22 passed outs)
2. Should be self-motivated and a self-starter
3. Freshers with good academic backgrounds and with sound communication skills and a willingness to take up a career in sales can be considered
4. Should be able to thrive in a performance-driven environment
5. Should have a willing-to-learn and never-say-die attitude and have a collaborative approach
6. Should be able to adapt to a rapid sales cycle
7. Candidates who are willing to travel to any client location all over India are preferred
8. After completion of the probation period, the employee should be willing to sign a 2 years service agreement for confirmation of employment
