We are looking for a proactive and creative marketing and sales associate with at least 1 year of experience. This role involves a blend of digital marketing, performance marketing, and B2B/B2C sales. The ideal candidate will take ownership of lead generation, conversion, and marketing performance across our service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Sales and business development:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients for recruitment, training, AI tools, and software development services
2. Convert qualified leads into sales through effective presentations, demos, and consultations
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
B. Digital and performance marketing:
1. Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Monitor and optimize ad performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS) across platforms
3. Perform keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to enhance campaign outcomes
4. Drive traffic to websites/landing pages using SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies
5. Track key performance indicators using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other CRM/reporting tools
C. Marketing strategy and execution:
1. Collaborate with the internal team to design marketing collateral, emailers, ad creatives, landing pages, etc.
2. Conduct competitive research and suggest new tactics to improve visibility and brand authority
3. Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, webinars, workshops, and career fairs
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing and/or sales
3. Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
4. Working knowledge of performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
7. Interest in tech-based services and a passion for growth and innovation
Nice to have:
1. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms
2. Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS product promotion
