We are seeking an experienced marketing & content manager to handle our day-to-day marketing operations which include social media management, content writing, seamless functioning of all marketing channels, scheduling marketing activities, and coordinating between necessary teams to figure out task execution. Work directly with the head of marketing for necessary outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social media management - Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube.
2. Writing & getting marketing collaterals designed with the help of the design team.
3. Scheduling marketing activities and keeping a calendar of all the plans.
4. Assist the crowdfunding and operations teams with their requirements.
5. Smooth operations of our existing marketing efforts.
6. Contribute to the plans of the organization and bring fresher ideas to the table in terms of rendering a better experience to the stakeholders.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Requirements:
1. Postgraduate/graduate (Preferably media background).
2. Agency experience (Preferable).
3. Experienced with the trends in marketing & use of AI.
4. Multifaceted knowledge of domains like branding, content creation & production, performance, tech collateral designing, etc.
5. A pro at executing marketing strategies and bringing alignment within the team.
6. Organisational skills.

Muskurahat Foundation is a non-profit organization consisting of devoted individuals who strive to spread smiles and aim to bring about the change that everybody only talks about. Our blooming founder, Mr. Himanshu Goenka, at the sheer age of 16, thought that it is time to do his bit for society and laid the foundation for Muskurahat on 10th June 2014. Since then, we have been spreading numerous smiles with a team of 100 volunteers. Muskurahat is an initiative to touch every sphere of society, including underprivileged children, looked down upon due to poverty, women, and their environment. We struggle every day to make the world a better and happy place to live in.
