Key responsibilities:
1. Proactively engage with targeted business clients, including schools, colleges, universities, and corporates, via various channels to introduce and position Zell Education effectively
2. Collaborate with educational institutes to develop tailored products and courses in the areas of finance, accounting, and short-term programs
3. Identify institute requirements for content development, delivery, and other deliverables, ensuring a seamless learning experience
4. Conduct thorough market research to analyze competitors and refine our B2B sales strategies, thereby expanding our network of valuable associations
5. Develop, pitch, and close deals of varying sizes, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
6. Conduct regular check-ins with existing and potential clients to evaluate service quality and promote workshops, training activities, and new features
7. Act as a trusted relationship manager for acquired clients, coordinating with internal departments for seamless execution and exceptional customer service
8. Coordinate with client points of contact on matters related to execution, invoicing, escalations, and identifying additional opportunities
