Responsibilities:
Appointment Generation: Proactively identify and approach colleges to secure appointments for workshops and seminars conducted.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in colleges to facilitate collaboration and partnership opportunities.
Field Work: Conduct extensive fieldwork to promote its offerings, ensuring a visible presence in the target market.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and college requirements to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including workshops, seminars, and other promotional activities.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion, providing necessary support and insights.
Content Development: Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate the institute's value proposition.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, performance metrics, and relevant market feedback to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing for IT Training Institutes, with a successful track record in lead generation and conversion.
