Key responsibilities:

1. Create a marketing plan for the digital marketing team to promote the product on social media platforms, and give feedback to designers
2. Generate leads/make cold calls to CEOs/MDs/president/VP/general managers and give feedback for improvements and work on revised plans
3. Give feedback to content writers
4. Monitor promotions, and work on feedback
5. Help with the planning, hosting, or marketing events and webinars
6. Research prospects and prepare presentations aligning with the client's business

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 8%

3. Other incentives: 12%
