About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on end-to-end social media handling, from conceptualizing social media posts to liaising with the graphics and video team for production and posting on social media handles with the appropriate post copy and hashtags
2. Maintain regular communication on all channels - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & Google Business
3. Work on being the first point of contact with the performance marketing agency to ensure proper information transfer between the sales team and the servicing team
4. Suggest and implement new strategies to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
5. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
6. Monitor the company's brand on social media and build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
7. Manage and engage our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
8. Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development and brand management
9. Research and monitor the activity of company competitors
10. Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web pages and blog content, social media messages, etc.
11. Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all content-related activities
12. Develop a content calendar for marketing campaigns
13. Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and use it to increase organic customer acquisition through the website, social media, blogs, and videos
