1. Manage all clinical validations, pilot testing, and hospital visits
2. Work on marketing and collaboration
3. Work on tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues
4. Work on maintaining company databases
5. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
6. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
7. Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission and plan for short and long-term goals
8. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
9. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
10. Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems
11. Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant
12. Oversee materials and inventory management
13. Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
14. Work on managing day-to-day administrative tasks for ensuring that our marketing operations run smoothly
15. Work on identifying prospective customers as well as new opportunities by conducting market research
16. Work on collaborating with the content and design team for creating brochures, newsletters, and other advertising material
17. Work on assisting us in the organization of marketing campaigns and promotional events
Graduate/Postgraduate in marketing and operations management or a related field (MBA with marketing and operations experience will be given preference)
