Marketing & Sales Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to prospects and customers through various ways to drive them toward sales
2. Conduct online demo and call/answer phone calls and explain the product and services offered by the company
3. Understand customers' requirements by asking questions and closing the deal
4. Take and process product orders in a professional manner
5. Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with future and existing prospects
7. Keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activities
8. Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers
9. Manage sales data for the sales team
10. Organize and maintain sales collateral for access by the sales team
11. Analyze data and oversee various administrative tasks
12. Coordinate with different teams and departments to enable sales
13. Work closely with the product/technical department for tech enhancement and features
